Successful educators should not have to work outside of the system in order to find success. Time and time again, stories emerge of amazing teachers who work wonders inside their classrooms but do so by willfully stepping outside of the boundaries set for them by school boards and provincial policies.

The Montessori Method of Education focuses on the “whole child” and follows a very different learning philosophy from the traditional adult-centered classroom.

A functioning classroom can be a beautiful thing to observe. Children actively considering concepts, solving problems, interacting with one another.
