Admissions FAQ

Can I drop by anytime for a school tour?

We do not accommodate drop-in tours. All school tours are by appointment only and should be scheduled in advance.
Please book a tour to visit our classrooms and meet our Head of School, Mrs. Karen Kenesky.

Who should attend the school tour?

We recommend that all guardians and your child attend the tour if possible. This allows everyone to experience the classroom environment together and ask any questions

When should I submit an application?

Families are encouraged to submit an application as early as possible. Early applications help secure availability and support a smooth start for your child.

Is there a waiting list?

Yes. Depending on the program, there may be a waiting list. Spaces are limited in Preschool Casa (ages 2.3-4), Kindergarten Casa (ages 4-6), and Lower Elementary (Grades 1-4), so early application is recommended.

Do you accept childcare subsidy?

Yes. We welcome families who are eligible for childcare subsidy. Subsidy applications are made directly through the Niagara Region.

Do you offer discounted tuition through CWELCC?

Yes! Beyond Montessori School is a licensed childcare centre participating in the Canada-Wide Early Learning and Child Care (CWELCC) initiative for our Preschool Casa program. Eligible families can receive reduced tuition rates through the CWELCC-supported fee structure. For full details, please see our Tuition page
